The night pill has become part of my bedtime routine. I struggle with sleep, and the night pill helps me to relax at bed time. The bottle also looks great and the customer service is fantastic!
These supplements are amazing. I started by taking the night pill and within the first week I noticed the difference in the quality of sleep I was having. I no longer needed to lie in to catch up on missed sleep! I can't imagine not taking them now and would highly recommend!
I've been using the Night Atelier sleep pill for 4 months now. Sleep, glorious sleep. You not only sleep well, wake up refreshed but by getting the 8 hours a night (8 hours plus some times!) Everything is better. Great service, good reminders on when your subscription is coming and excellent customer care.
I have been using the Night Pill for about 6 months and I have just purchased some more. It took a little time to work, but now I certainly feel that the Night Pill has improved the quality of my sleep. I find that when I wake in the night I can get back to sleep more easily and importantly, I don't expect any grogginess in the morning. Thanks for developing such a useful product.
I struggled with repeatedly waking through the night and not getting enough sleep. I have been taking these every night for almost a month and have noticed a significant difference, I wake on average just once, and my sleep time has improved to 7-8 hours most days. I agree with the comments on the bulking ingredients — great to have more magnesium, some other supplements have 300mg vs. 60mg, but for now I am very happy and will continue for 90 days! Would recommend.
I am very impressed, for years I haven't been a good sleeper, waking often in the night and tossing and turning, however, since taking the Night Pill my sleep has improved massively, I actually sleep until the alarm goes off but don't feel groggy and am ready to start the day! I have ditched all the other supplements I used to take and now take the Day Pill too.
When I ordered this product I was very sceptical at first. Being someone who suffers with chronic neck pain and painful Myalgia Parasthetica in my legs, I wake several times during the night and find it difficult to get back to sleep. Since taking the night pill I sometimes don't wake at all but if I do, I am finding that I go back to sleep straight away. I would highly recommend the night pill and I now have my order on repeat so I never run out.
The night tablets are amazing! I have recommended them to friends who are also suffering from disrupted sleep. They really do make a difference to the quality of sleep so it's been a positive experience so far. No more night time waking! I was lucky enough to be given the set as a gift. They have really helped my peri menopausal skin breakouts. I am a very light sleeper however the night pill has helped me sleep much deeper. I will absolutely purchase them for myself and keep using them.
This is the 2nd attempt at trying the night pill. I didn't give them enough time to work on my 1st & i was a little sceptical. I can honestly say they are working for me. I was coping on 4 hours of each night, but since taking these, I am gaining an extra 2-3 hours, sometimes more, but that's when my mind isn't overthinking! I've even noticed that for my age (60+), my complexion is in pretty good condition. I can definitely see an improvement & a healthy glow. The team at Night Atelier are so helpful & caring. They really do put the customer first & care about our well being. I would recommend this product & from reading the great reviews on the day pill & creams, they are worth trying too.

OK but not sure if I am sleeping better.
Always suffered with insomnia and was fed up of going to the doctors and the medication they prescribed gave me brain fog for a whole day. Since taking these tablets I have always had a good nights sleep. I also suffer from epilepsy, due to lack of sleep which is my trigger, so these have helped me immensely and I honestly wouldn't know what I would do without them.
Incredible — I have the menopause, listless sleep, bad dreams — now I just sleep, turn over a couple of times and wake up 8 hours later. Makes such a difference!!

Not that good for me
I was sceptical having invested $100s on things that at best had no effect and at worst made my sleep problems worse. But these are a game changer. They work!!! I fall asleep quickly and although I still wake up I'm able to go back to sleep. Even on nights when my brain wants to change the world at 3am after a short while I'm able to go to sleep again.
This has worked wonders. I used to struggle to sleep but have not had one restless night since starting them. I've just ordered my second months worth :)
If I'm honest this pill didn't work as described by other reviewers, didn't really send me to sleep straight away but what it has done is cured the awful restless legs that I get every night once in bed. Consequently I have managed to sleep better so would buy again.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks and can honestly say they have worked. I have tried various products over the last few years and have always been disappointed. Another plus is no drowsiness when waking up.

I have been using this for almost 30 days. I think I was expecting a miracle from the reviews, I have seen a slight improvement in sleep, but still wake most nights but since taking the tablets I can get back to sleep sometimes where as before it was never.
I didn't think I would sleep this well, almost wanted to be able to say, 'See, nothing works!' But it DID! From night one! And through vacations and strange beds too. After two weeks of unprecedented sleep I have subscribed! When I wake I fall asleep easily — so wonderful! Bed no longer scares me. Hooray!

At this point I am not sure how effective the product is for me. In other reviews people suggest big improvements which I haven't seen as yet, or at least not consistent improvement. I will continue for another month which would have then been three in total.
I feel like these definitely do calm me at bedtime and they haven't made a negative effect on my sleep. I have still been waking up to use the bathroom, but getting back to sleep seems quicker/ok. I don't think a month is enough to really try them so I'm committing to 3 months and then I'll review again.
I do not sleep badly but sometimes have difficulty going to sleep and waking up refreshed however after 6+ weeks of taking Night Atelier the results are astonishing. May not work for you or for everyone but they did for me so try them!
Sleeping so well
I must be super-resistant to the pill's ingredients as it only worked for me on the very first night! Felt a bit fuzzy headed the next day and following that, went to sleep fine as usual but woke very early in the morning. Have had a very stressful month at work and planning a wedding though, so will persist and see what happens.

...but sleep has definitely improved. Did a lot of research on magnesium supplements, and found Night Atelier are one of the few who include high levels of really beneficial ingredients. Some mainstream brands appear to supply little more than placebos.
I dont sleep more than 6 hours, but the 6 hours is good. Would a higher dose help?
I've been taking this pill for the last 4 weeks and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I feel sleepy and relaxed within 20 minutes of taking it and fall into a deep sleep. If I wake in the night then I just go straight back to sleep. I'm waking up more energised and refreshed. I would really recommend the night pill to anyone struggling to go to sleep or stay asleep as it's completely changed my life for the better.
Having such better sleep now I've started using the Night Pill. I'd tried so many other things before and so pleased to have found this

Quite good, got to sleep well but still woke up and then struggled to get back to sleep. Would consider buying again if refill available but not happy to be paying for another jar.
Before taking the night pill, getting off to sleep was tricky, waking up and staying awake for 2-3 hours was normal. Now, I get to sleep quicker and when I wake I am able to get back off easily.

It's almost too good to be true, but I've been sleeping much better since I started trialling these, and have been raving about them telling my friends too.
I have been taking the Night Atelier magnesium supplements for nearly 4 weeks. Unfortunately I am still waking up around 3am. Judging from the other reviews my menopausal sleep deprivation must be quite extreme. I'd definitely encourage others to try and if this doesn't work for you, persist and try elsewhere...

AMAZING!! I've been looking for a night time supplement which improves my sleep, without being an actual sleeping pill. I was honestly worried that this wouldn't work for me or it would be only be very minimal. But I can't believe the transformation in my sleep! I have NEVER slept better, my mind is so much more calm before bed and I also sleep deeper (which I track on my phone, lol). Only reason for the 4* is because there was a small issue with the shipping but I got the product in the end and will definitely be re-ordering.

Since starting a new job I've struggled switching off in the evening. I can honestly say the Night Pill has single handedly increased my sleep quality (and reduced my doom scrolling) and by measuring it on my watch it's not just placebo, it proves my sleep quality has noticeably improved. My only issue (reason for giving 4* instead of 5*) is on shipping — the box was left outside my house and was all bashed up on arrival. Fortunately the jar survived though. Couldn't recommend the product more for anyone looking to improve their sleep.
