Processing time
Orders placed by 12:00 ET (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 ET or on weekends/federal holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Address changes & failed delivery
If you need to change your address after ordering, email hello@nightatelier.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Returns & 60-Night Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-night money-back guarantee on your first bottle, whether one-time or subscription. The Night Pill works best with consistent use, so we recommend giving it at least 4–6 weeks. If you're not feeling the difference by then, email us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
